What You’ll Do
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle and supporting daily HR operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Handling recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
Managing onboarding and ensuring a smooth joining experience
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Supporting performance reviews and feedback processes
Addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy work culture
Assisting with HR policies, attendance, and compliance

Who We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in HR or talent management
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good communication and people-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
