    What You’ll Do

    As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of digital strategy, team leadership, and performance outcomes.

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Defining and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, social media, and content

    • Leading and mentoring digital marketing managers, executives, and interns

    • Reviewing campaign performance and guiding improvements through data

    • Working closely with business and sales teams to support growth goals

    • Managing key client relationships and strategy discussions

    • Setting processes and standards to ensure consistent quality

    One of our senior leaders once shared how a campaign failed initially due to poor audience targeting. Instead of blaming the team, they focused on learning, testing, and refining. That approach not only fixed the campaign but also built team confidence. We value leaders who guide, not control.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing

    • Strong preference for candidates with agency experience

    • Deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and social media platforms

    • Proven ability to manage teams and multiple client accounts

    • Strong communication and decision-making skills
