    What You'll Do

    As the CMO, you will own Weboin’s overall marketing direction and growth strategy.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Defining and executing marketing strategies for Weboin and its clients

    • Leading branding, positioning, and demand generation efforts

    • Working closely with sales and business teams to drive revenue

    • Overseeing performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media strategies

    • Mentoring team leads, juniors, and interns

    • Analyzing data and turning insights into action

    Who We’re Looking For

    • 7 plus years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency

    • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media, web solutions, and analytics

    • Experience building and scaling marketing teams

    • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, founders, and internal teams
