We offer services like SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and website development. Our team is young, energetic, and passionate about delivering real results.

    What You’ll Do

    As the Business Head, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring clients stay happy and confident in our work.

    You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, design, development, and client-servicing teams to:

    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

    • Lead sales strategy, pricing, and client negotiations

    • Oversee client accounts and ensure timely, quality delivery

    • Build processes that help teams work better (not harder)

    • Mentor team leads and guide interns and juniors

    • Track revenue, performance, and growth metrics

    Who We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency

    • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media, web projects, and client management

    • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage teams

    • Confident communicator who can handle clients and internal discussions
