We offer services like SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development. Our team is young, creative, and driven by results. We don’t just work hard—we enjoy what we do.

What You’ll Do

As the Business Development Head, you will lead the team that brings new clients to Weboin. You will also take care of our current clients and make sure they are happy with our services.

Your main tasks will be

  • Find new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients
  • Talk to clients, understand their needs, and suggest the right services
  • Help create proposals, presentations, and quotes
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to deliver what the client needs
  • Guide and train the business development team
  • Attend client meetings and follow up regularly
  • Track and report sales and growth updates

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development and handling clients
  • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, ads, and social media
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to lead a team and meet targets
  • A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
