What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage lead generation, conversions, and team performance.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing business growth strategies
Handling key client meetings and proposal discussions
Managing and guiding business development executives
Coordinating with marketing and delivery teams for smooth project execution
Tracking sales performance and revenue targets
Building strong relationships with existing and new clients

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in a digital marketing or IT services company is preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client needs
Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage targets and multiple opportunities
