What You’ll Do

As the HR Intern, you’ll step into the heart of our people-operations. You’ll get hands-on experience in the full HR process—from posting an opening to helping someone feel welcomed on their first day, to supporting training, culture and even the exit process. This is a great opportunity if you’re curious about HR, enjoy working with people, and want to see how HR works in a fast-moving digital agency.

Your main tasks will be

  • Assist with end-to-end hiring: help draft job ads, review resumes, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates. One week you might help a guest for a Digital Marketing role, the next you’ll support a Web Development hire.

  • Support onboarding: prepare welcome kits, help organise the first-day induction, guide new joiners to set up their system access and meet the team.

  • Help with training & development: track what learning is happening, support organising workshops (e.g., “SEO basics” or “PPC campaign tools”), send invites, gather feedback.

  • Get involved in employee engagement & retention: you might help run a small pulse survey (“How’s your current role feeling?”), coordinate a team-lunch, or brainstorm a fun way to recognise employee achievements.

  • Assist with workplace culture & HR policy tasks: help update policy-documents (leave, work hours, code of conduct), help answer basic queries, make sure culture stays friendly and open.

  • Support performance management and exit processes: you’ll help set up review-timelines, follow up with managers, assist in exit interviews and record the feedback.

  • Learn about legal compliance and HR admin: maintain employee records, help track attendance and leave data, help ensure we meet basic HR legal guidelines and internal standards.

  • You’re organised, reliable, and eager to learn—someone who asks “What can I help with?” rather than waiting to be told.

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where new tasks pop up often. Bonus if you’re interested in digital marketing too—it helps you understand our world.
